(en) What To Do In Case of Fire? tells the humorous and touching story of six former creative anarchists who lived as house squatters in Berlin during its heyday in the 80s when Berlin was still an island in the middle of the former eastern Germany. At the end of the 80s they went their separate ways with the exception of Tim and Hotte, who have remained true to their ideals and continue to fight the issues they did as a group. In 2000, with Berlin as Germany's new capital, an event happens forcing the group out of existential reason to reunite and, ultimately, come to grips with the reason they separated 12 years ago.

A huge storm of revolt raged through the streets of Greece in December 2008. After the 15 year-old Alexis Grigoropoulos was murdered in coldblood by a cop, riots spread throughout the whole country for several weeks. Hundreds of corporate and government targets were attacked, plundered and set on fire. Although it was anarchists and anti-authoritarians who took the lead in this storm during the first week after the murder, it spread itself fast and many people got involved in this revolt against miserable living conditions, against the authorities and against the hopelessness offered by this world to the exploited and oppressed. But the revolt didn’t cease at the end of 2008, neither did it start on the day of the murder. The attacks against the structures of State and Capital went on and spread to several smaller towns in Greece. About 180 fire attacks and, since a couple of months, artisan [‘homemade’] bombing attacks were carried out under the name of ‘Conspiracy of Cells of Fire’. The attacks targeted banks, car dealers, shopping centres, governmental institutions, police stations, offices of political parties, houses of politicians, judges, criminologists, journalists, private security firms and companies building prisons,… and always accompanied by elegantly critical and nihilistic claims of anarchist responsibility. The claims did not only criticize Capital, State and Authority (in all of their aspects), but also the resignation of the exploited, their herd mentality, their collaboration with the system. The Conspiracy of Cells of Fire (CCF) refuse to regard oppression and exploitation as simply being imposed by batons and blackmail, but understand it as a social relation in which all have their responsibility –and make or don’t make the choice to fight against it. In September 2009 extensive anti-terror raids attempted to strike the CCF, these raids became one more political tool to attack the wider anarchist & anti-authoritarian movement, a situation which intensified when two members of the CCF were captured during an operation in November 2010, Athens. Against the ongoing legalistic kidnapping of our comrades and for the escalation of struggle for total liberation, the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire : Illegal Sector called for an informal global project based on anarchist subversion, direct action and international solidarity. (en) Modern servitude is voluntary, endorsed by those slaves who crawl on the surface of the Earth. They buy the merchandises that enslave them every day more.
To participate in the round of frenetic consumption, one must have means and one must, therefore, work, in other words, one must sell oneself. The dominant system champions work as its most esteemed value; slaves have to work more to buy on credit their miserable lives. Slaves wear out in the work place; they waste their vital strength and have to suffer the worst humiliations. They spend their lives performing grueling tasks for the benefit of a few. Modern unemployment is invented as a scare tactic to force slaves into endless gratitude the generosity of the power elite.
The best part of the slaves life slips through his fingers, but he continues because he has always obeyed. Obedience has become second nature to him. He obeys not knowing why, simply that he must. Obey, produce and consume, behold the triptych that rules his life. He obeys his parents, his teachers and his masters, the landlords and the merchants. He obeys the forces of law and order; he obeys all powers because he does not know any better. There is nothing that frightens him more than disobedience, because it signifies risk, adventure, change.
(sk) Moderné otroctvo je dobrovoľné, schvaľované otrokmi, ktorí sa plazia po povrchu Zeme. Kupujú tovar, ktorý ich denno denne ešte viac zotročuje.
Aby sme sa mohli podieľať v tom kruhu nadšeného konzumovania, musíme mať prostriedky a preto musíme pracovať, inými slovami, človek sa musí predávať. Dominantní šampióni tohto systému pracujú a sú oceňovaní vysokými hodnotami; otroci musia pracovať viac a svoje mizerné životy zadlžujú kupovaním na dlh. Otroci sa v práci opotrebúvajú; premárnia svoju životnú silu a musia znášať najhoršie ponižovanie. Trávia svoje životy plnením vyčerpávajúcich úloh v prospech menšiny. Moderná nezamestnanosť je vymyslená ako odstrašujúca taktika k donúteniu otrokov k nekonečnej vďačnosti k štedrosti mocenských elít.
Najlepšia časť života otrokov im prekĺza medzi prstami, ale pokračujú, pretože vždycky poslúchali. Poslušnosť sa stala ich druhou prirodzenosťou. Poslúchajú nevediac prečo; jednoducho musia. Poslúchaj, vyrábaj a konzumuj, a hľa triptych, ktorý ovláda ich životy. Počúvajú rodičov, učiteľov a pánov, statkárov a obchodníkov. Počúvajú ruku zákona a poriadku, počúvajú všetkých nadriadených, pretože nepoznjú nič iné. Nie je nič, čo by ich desilo viac než neposlušnosť, pretože tá znamená riziko, dobrodružstvo, zmenu.

On June 14th, anarchists stormed a super-market in Thessaloniki, Greece. They destroyed the security systems, took food and money from the cashiers, which they burnt outside. A short video from the action and a translation of the communique follos.
On 14/06/10 we stormed into a super-market of the chain Masoutis on M.Kyriakou street, we took basic need goods (olive oil, pasta, milk etc.) and destroyed the anti-theft systems and the surveillance camera while we also smashed the cashiers and burnt all the money they had inside.
From the beginning we had decided that the goods of the appropriation would be distributed among the comrades who participated, not outside the super-market. With this choice of ours we want to make clear that this, and other practices aim not at promoting some of us as saviours of the society – rather, we want society itself to familiarise itself with such practices and to embrace them without waiting for the “revolutionary” philanthropist/ friends of the poor. Especially in a period like this one, where the rottenness of the present system is pushing it toward collapse. As for the term “Robin Hoodies” (in Greek: Super-market Robins) we believe it consists another typical attempt to twist the meaning of such actions by Mass Media, which present comrades as some sort of elite stealing for the poor. In result, the distribution of the goods is presented in a way that refers to the narcosis and the passivity reflected in the thinking “someone will think-act-take care of us”.
We do not believe in a society of “weak-minded” people who must necessarily be ruled, as is wished by the ruling propaganda. We are happy when people walk on with the belief that their life belongs to them, away from mediators and needless gabble, when they organise under the premise of solidarity, anti-authoritarianism and self-organisation; under the guidance of active negation and attack. When they do not fall for the fallacy of the regime that “by helping each other we will scrape through the crisis”. It is important, finally that when distributing goods you have no way of telling if the recipients are indeed in solidarity, even if that is not active, or if they are just hypocrites taking care of themselves only – and perhaps even, in another case, they would be the first to inform to the police. Of course we applaud similar actions by comrades who distribute the goods: as we said earlier the aims are the same.
The burning of money is a symbolic action speaking for itself. These little pieces of paper that turned into ashes within seconds have managed, in even less seconds, to destroy lives, relationships, to transform the human and her desires by transforming life into indexes, digitalising feelings and experiences, simplifying the feelings of joy and misery down to the dipole I have/ I have no money.
As for the action itself it took place exactly as planned. Our getaway was relaxed and with no unexpected incidents. We used bins to block off some roads precautionary while we made sure to know the movements of the cops before and during the action. It is telling that pigs of the Z force (motorcycle cops –trans.) were sitting around confused by the fountain on Egnatia Ave, obviously waiting for reinforcements and tried to approach only when we were already gone.
We are consciously and actively in solidarity with every other action sabotaging capitalism within the urban environment in which we act.
PS 1. A warning toward the “macho Greeks” who might want to become heroes: they’ll receive the treatment they deserve, exactly as it happened when one of them was spotted to be calling the cops – he was chased, along with the bunch who were about to intervene. But as the saying goes, “the mother of the fast one has never mourned”
PS 2. We can only laugh at the misinformation of the media about supposed clashes with repression forces, trolleys filled with goods that we never managed to hand out etc…
PS 3. Of course we support the appropriation of money for the needs of the movement, it is just that we wanted to give a different context to this particular action.
The thieves’ thieves
(gr) Στις 14/06/10 μπουκάραμε σε super market της αλυσιδας μασούτης επι της οδού Μ. Κυριακού λίγο πιο πάνω απο τη ροτόντα, πήραμε είδη πρώτης ανάγκης (λαδια μακαρόνια γάλατα κλπ) καταστρέψαμε τα αντικλεπτικά συστήματα τις δυο κάμερες και την οθόνη παρακολούθησης ενώ σπασαμε τα ταμεία και κάψαμε ό,τι χρήματα περιείχαν.
Από την αρχή είχαμε αποφασίσει τα αγαθά της απαλοτροίωσης να μοιραστούν μεταξύ των συντρόφων-συντροφισσών που συμμετείχαν και όχι να διανεμειθούν. Μ΄αυτή μας την επιλογή θέλουμε να κάνουμε ξεκάθαρο, οτι με τη συγκεκριμένη αλλά και με αντίστοιχες πρακτικές, ο στόχος δεν είναι να αναδειχθούν κάποιοι ως σωτήρες της κοινωνίας, θέλουμε η ίδια η κοινωνία να τις οικιοποιηθεί και να τις αγκαλιάσει/εφαρμόσει χωρίς να περιμένει το φιλάνθρωπο -φιλόπτωχο "επαναστάτη". Ειδικά σε μια περίοδο όπως η σημερινή, όπου η σαπίλα του υπάρχωντος συστήματος το ωθεί προς την κατάρρευση. Όσο για τον όρο "Ρομπέν των σουπερ μαρκετ", θεωρούμε ότι αποτελεί άλλη μια κλασσική απόπειρα απονοηματοδότησης τέτοιων δράσεων από τα ΜΜΕ που παρουσιάζουν τους συντρόφους σαν μια ελιτ που κλέβει για τους φτωχούς, με αποτέλεσμα το μοίρασμα των αγαθών να παρουσιάζεται με τρόπο που να παραπέμπει στη νάρκωση και στην παθητικότητα του "κάποιος θα σκεφτεί-πράξει-φροντίσει για μας". Εμείς δεν πιστεύουμε σε μια κοινωνία του "άβολου κοσμάκη" που για να συνεχίσει να υπάρχει πρέπει αναγκαστικά να εξουσιάζεται, όπως την θέλει η κυριίαρχη προπαγάνδα. Χαιρόμαστε όταν οι άνθρωποι πορεύονται με την πεποίθηση ότι η ζωή τους ανήκει μακριά από διαμεσολαβητές και άσκοπες φλυαρίες, όταν οργανόνονται με πρόταγμα την αλληλεγγύη, την αντιεξουσία και την αυτοοργάνωση έχοντας σαν οδηγό την έμπρακτη άρνηση και την επίθεση. Όταν δεν πέφτουν στο ολίσθημα της παραμύθας που πλασάρεται απο το καθεστώς του "βοηθόντας ο ένας τον άλλον θα ξεπεράσουμε κουτσά στραβά την κρίση". Έχει σημασία τέλος ότι όταν μοιράζεις τα αγαθά δεν μπορεί να γνωρίζεις αν ο δέκτης είναι όντως αλληλέγγυος ακόμη και όχι έμπρακτα ή απλά είναι υποκριτής που κοιτά την καβάτζα του και ενδεχομένως άλλες φορές να είναι ο πρώτος που θα ρουφιανέψει στους μπάτσους. Φυσικά επικροτούμε αντίστοιχες δράσεις συντρόφων που μοιράζουν τα αγαθά αφού όπως είπαμε πιο πάνω οι στόχοι είναι ίδιοι. Το κάψιμο των χρημάτων, είναι μια κίνηση συμβολική και μιλάει απο μόνη της. Αυτά τα χαρτάκια, που σε δευτερόλεπτα έγιναν στάχτες, έχουν καταφέρει σε ακόμη μικρότερο χρόνο να καταστρέψουν ζωές, σχέσεις, να μεταλλάξουν τον άνθρωπο και τις επιθυμίες του μετατρέποντας τη ζωή σε δείκτες ψηφιοποιώντας τις αισθήσεις και τις εμπειρίες, απλοποιόντας τα αίσθημα της ευτυχίας και της δυστυχίας στο δίπολο έχω/ δεν έχω φράγκα.
Όσο για τη δράση αυτή καθαυτή, πραγματοποιήθηκε όπως ακριβώς την είχαμε σχεδιάσει. Η διαφυγή μας ήταν χαλαρή και χωρίς απρόοπτα. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε κάδους για να κλείσουμε κάποιους δρόμους προληπτικά ενώ φροντίσαμε να γνωρίζουμε τις κινήσεις των μπάτσων πριν και κατα τη διάρκεια του σκηνικού. Χαρακτηριστικό είναι ότι γουρούνια της ομαδας Ζ κάθονταν μπερδεμένοι στο συντριβάνι στην Εγνατια περιμένοντας προφανώς ενισχύσεις και προσπάθησε να μας προσεγγίσει αφού ήμασταν ήδη μακρυά.
Είμαστε συνειδητά και έμπρακτα αλληλέγγυοι με κάθε άλλη δράση που σαμποτάρει τον καπιταλισμό μέσα στο αστικό περιβάλλον που δραστηριοποιούμαστε.
ΥΓ1. Ενδεικτική προειδοποίση προς τους ελληναράδες που θέλουν να το παίξουν ήρωες θα έχουν την αντιμετώπιση που τους αρμόζει όπως και έγινε όταν εντοπίστηκε ένας τέτοιος να παίρνει τηλέφωνο τους μπάτσους κυνηγήθηκε απο συντρόφους αυτός και το τσούρμο που ετοιμαζόταν να επέμβει. αλλα του γρηγόρου η μάνα ποτε δεν έκλαψε...
ΥΓ2. Δεν μπορούμε παρά να γελάμε με την παραπληροφόρηση των μμε για συγκρούσεις με δυνάμεις καταστολής, καροτσάκια με προιόντα που δεν πρόλαβαν να μοιραστούν κλπ...
ΥΓ3. Φυσικά και υποστηρίζουμε την απαλλοτροίωση χρημάτων για κινηματικούς σκοπούς απλά στη συγκεκριμένη δράση θέλαμε να δώσουμε διαφορετικόπεριεχόμενο.
Οι κλέψαντες του κλέψαντος
(cz) Všechno je jinak aneb žádní Robinové a žádné rozdávání Antifašistická akce přinesla nedávno krátkou zprávu o přímé akci řeckých anarchistů, kteří za plného provozu přepadli supermarket, zničili v něm kamery a zabezpečovací zařízení a následně z něj odnesli základní potraviny (olivový olej, těstoviny, mléko...) a peníze z kas. Antifašistická akce však mylně informovala o tom, že tito anarchisté odnesené jídlo rozdávají chudým, a onálepkovala je jako „Robiny Hoody"... Tento omyl přitom přesně ilustruje střet mentality povstaleckého anarchismu a starého, zkostnatělého, „hodného" anarchistického hnutí. V prohlášení k akci o ní ti, co se na ní podíleli, píší:
„Hned na začátku jsme se rozhodli, že zboží vyvlastněné ze supermarketu si rozdělíme mezi těmi, kdo se na akci podíleli, a že ho nebudeme rozdávat před supermarketem. Tímto rozhodnutím jsme chtěli dát jasně najevo, že tento a další činy neslouží k tomu, aby nás propagovaly jako zachránce společnosti. Chceme, aby si společnost tyto praktiky osvojila a přijala za své sama , bez toho, aby čekala na „revoluční" filantropy/přátele chudých. Obzvláště teď, kdy prohnilost současného systému způsobuje jeho kolaps."
Vymezují se také proti termínu Robinové Hoodové, který v nadpisu zprávy použila i AFA:
„Termín „Robinové Hoodové" je podle nás dalším typickým pokusem masových médií překroutit význam takových akcí, protože soudruhy prezentuje jako nějakou elitu loupící pro chudé. V důsledku je pak distribuce zboží presentována způsobem, který vede k narkóze a pasivitě odražené v myšlení „někdo jiný to udělá/vymyslí/se o nás postará."
A dodávají:
„Nevěříme ve společnost slabomyslných jedinců, kteří musí být ovládáni, jak si přeje vládnoucí propaganda. Jsme šťastni, když lidé kráčí s myšlenkami na to, že jejich život patří jim, ne zprostředkovatelům a nepotřebným tlachalům, když se organizují na základě solidarity, anti-autoritářských principů a sebe-organizace za účelem aktivní negace a útoku."
Na konci prohlášení je také připojené velmi důležité P.S.:
„Samozřejmě podporujeme vyvlastňování peněz pro potřeby hnutí, ale této konkrétní akci jsme chtěli dát jiný kontext."
Jak jsem zmínil v úvodu, omyl Antifašistické akce přesně ilustruje rozdíly v přístupu. Logice přístupu starého, „hodného" anarchistického hnutí by přesně odpovídalo vynesené zboží rozdat chudým nebo ho použít k podobnému manifestačně „dobrému" účelu, který by měl hlavně dobře vypadat v korporátních médiích.
Řecké hnutí, ovlivněné zejména myšlenkami povstaleckého anarchismu, ale hru na hodné kluky a holky, co to myslí dobře, už nehraje. Svět je plný „těch dobrých", lidí s nejlepšími úmysly, co to myslí dobře. Přesně takoví lidé nám ženou planetu do záhuby, drancují ji ve velkém, otravují vzduch toxickými látkami a pomalu nás zabíjejí.
Anarchistické hnutí v Řecku už tím hodným není. Přešlo do útoku. Prolomilo tabu, nehraje podle pravidel nastavených systémem. Neptá se co smí a nesmí, organizuje se a útočí.

He is deported to a concentration camp, and upon his release, continues the fight against nationalism in the French resistance. (sk/cz) V průběhu španělské občanské války přišlo o život přes milion lidí. Dva miliony pak skončily ve vězení a půl milionu Španělů odešlo z vlasti pryč. I v takovém prostředí ale mohla existovat láska. Justo Calderón byl idealistický republikánský právník, který bojoval proti Francovu režimu skrze vlny nezávislého rádia. Byl hlasem revoluce a říkal vše, na co se jiní ani neodvážili pomyslet. A byť s jeho aktivitami nesouhlasila, z domova jej podporovala jeho milující manželka Manuela. Stavět se do cesty diktátorům se ale jen málokdy vyplácí a vendeta generála Franca na sebe nenechala dlouho čekat. Přicházejí vojáci, zatýkají Justa, odvádějí ho kdovíkam a Manuela tomu může jen přihlížet. Zůstává sama s dětmi, bez jakýchkoli prostředků, s cejchem ženy anarchisty. Přesto se ale nevzdává. A zatímco roky plynou, věnuje veškerou energii výchově potomků a hledání milovaného muže. Možná se nikdy nechtěla zaplést s politikou, ale prožitá příkoří z ní nakonec vychovala bojovnici. V hlavních rolích expresivního koprodukčního válečného dramatu, oceněném na filmovém festivalu v Mnichově, přicházejí María Valverdeová a Juan Diego Botto.
(whack) Španielsko, 1936. Oddelení vojnou, koncentračnými tábormi a rokmi nepokojov, Justo a Manuela bojujú za spoločné vyžitie a udržanie svojho manželstva. Výrečný španielsky lojalista a aktivista Justo, je nútený žiť utajene a neskôr v koncentračnom tábore, kde komunikácia s okolitým svetom je nemožná. Napriek týmto clivým rokom v biede, Manuela vychovala ich dcéru k pohŕdaniu Národnou stranou, a nazbierala všetky rozbité kúsky jej predošlého života motivovaná nádejou, že jej rodina bude zas niekedy a navždy spolu. Kým dôjdu po vojne chýry o Justovi, Manuele nič nestojí v ceste, je posilnená svojim politickým idealizmom tak ako nikdy predtým. A keď príde na spoločenské vzťahy s jej manželom, pracuje na znovuobnovení ich manželstva, tak ako on pracuje na vzťahu s dcérou.
(en) At the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War, the nun Maria is forced to flee her convent. She takes refuge in a brothel, until it is liberated by a woman's anarchist group. Maria joins the group and eventually goes to the front. The women's group faces the problems of fighting not only the nationalists, but also factions on the left seeking to impose a more traditional military structure.
Synopsis: This big-budget Spanish drama pays tribute to the courageous women who sacrificed their lives during the Spanish Civil War in 1936. Maria's peaceful life as a nun is shattered when revolutionary anarchists force her and her sisters to flee their convent sanctuary. Maria ends up hiding in a brothel where she meets the good-hearted whore Charo. Their peace is in turn destroyed by the sudden arrival of Pilar, a passionate, idealistic member of the Free Women organization. Her fiery speeches and strong arm tactics compel the hookers and Maria to join their fight. A handsome ex-priest also joins them as they fight with the anarchists in Zaragoza. Following a small victory, the formerly trench-bound, battle-weary women celebrate, but then Maria finds herself faced with the destruction and death that goes with war. Later the former priest informs the women that they will not be allowed to fight upon the front lines and the women are left with broken ideals and angry hearts that lead them into one last, violent battle.
(cz) Film začíná hymnou CNT A Las Barricadas a začne se to pořádně rozjíždět. Soukromé vlastnictví zrušeno, moc přebírá proletariát. Nenávist lidu se vybíjí na buržoazii a představitelích církve. Ty, jež sympatizují s fašismem začnou popravovat. Jedna z hlavních hrdinek tohoto filmu je jeptiška a protože agrese ze strany milice je z jejího pohledu nečitelná, uprchne. Ukryje se mezi prostitutkami, kde přijdou agitovat Mujeres Libres. Po krátkém přesvědčení je donucena s nimi odejít. Avšak postupně zahoří sympatiemi k revoluci. Pak sledujeme odchod hrdinek na frontu a sledujeme všechen ten hnus, který tam probíhal. Revoluce není žádná romantika.
